How to Use a Reiki or Vision Box

Do you love creating vision boards, but don’t like displaying them or not sure where to display them? That’s me! I like to keep my wishes private and don’t love the idea of hanging clippings my wall. I started a vision box years ago when I wanted to manifest my perfect house. Six months before we started looking for a new home, I cut out a picture of a beautiful, two-story southern home with a porch that was decorated with ferns. While it wasn’t the exact color and it didn’t have palm trees, six months later, I manifested the perfect house for us - ferns and all. I also include images of business goals, financial goals, and personal goals.

In Reiki classes, I now teach others how to use them for manifesting and sending Reiki.

How to use a box for Reiki:

Select a box that you want to use as your Reiki Box - I have included ones similar to mine below! It can be any size or shape and can be made of any material.

1. Cleanse and charge the box with Reiki energy by holding your hands over it and sending Reiki symbols and energy into it. You can also use crystals, smudging or any other cleansing method you prefer.

2. Write down the names of the individuals or situations that you want to send Reiki energy to on small pieces of paper. You can also include any other intention that you want to manifest in your life or in the world.

3. Place the pieces of paper inside the Reiki Box. You can also add crystals, symbols, or any other items that you feel will enhance the Reiki energy and your intentions. I love to add crystal quartz and rose quartz.

4. Once you have added all your intentions to the box, close it and hold your hands over it. Send Reiki energy to the box, visualizing the energy flowing from your hands into the box, and radiating out to the intentions inside.

5. Keep the Reiki Box in a special place where it won't be disturbed. You can also add more intentions or remove them as needed. Remember to cleanse and charge the box periodically to keep the energy fresh and flowing.

Even if you are not Reiki attuned, you can still follow the steps above. It works just as well! Remember, everything is about intention!
