FREE INTENTION SETTING WORKSHEETS
I am so excited to be moving into a new year with a fresh start! To help move us all forward, I wanted to share two of my favorite ways to set and manifest intentions using a different kind of vision board - besides ones that you place on the wall. Because if you are anything like me, adding extra visual stimulation, aka clutter, is overwhelming. I have also included a free intention setting workbook for the new year to help get you started. VISION BOX
I have had a vision box for years! I found a beautiful carved wood box at TJ Maxx and have used it to keep inspiration pictures and crystals that I use on my Reiki grid.
A fun tip, if you are Reiki attuned, you can do Reiki on your box that is full of intentions. I have also put client’s names in the box to send them Reiki.
VISION NOTEBOOK
I then add the same images (No, it isn’t manifesting overkill.) in my ideas notebook. I keep ideas about how I want my business to look and grow over the next one to five years. The large image on the right is actually my vision board from four years ago that I couldn’t get rid of because I manifested my own business with almost everything on my board. I grew out of creating jewelry. That part of my business fell away to make room for what has now manifested.
Pinterest boards are another great option to keep your intentions organized. But, I love being able to physically touch and write notes and plans.
I have included my free end of year intention setting guide to help you get started figuring out what you need to find your images for!
